Convocation 2023:

This year the SVIMS convocation ceremony for the batch (2020-22) was organized on 25 th March 2023, Saturday at Kohinoor Banquet Hall, Dadar. Dr.Vinita Pimpale was the guest of honour for the occasion. The program started with the parade ceremony following which the dignitaries took their positions on the dais. Welcome address for the occasion was given by our Director Dr. Purushottam Patil, following which Mr. Parthasarathi Naik, President of NKES society addressed the crowd. Esteemed trustee Mr. Anant Banwasi sir felicitated the guest of honour with a Tulsi Sapling. Then after the introduction of guest, the oath ceremony for the students took place headed by Dr. Vasumathy Hariharan (Prof. Dean SVIMS).

The students were very happy while collecting their degrees and getting blessed by such an eminent personality. The students from both the stream i.e., MMS & PGDM got their degrees. The awards for the “Academic Excellence” were also given to nine students on the basis of their marks scored overall performance during the course tenure. The students who were given academic excellence awards are:

The convocation address was given by Dr. Vinita Pimpale, Vice Principal R A Poddar College of Commerce & Economics. The speech was very interesting and motivating for the young managers entering the corporate world. After the vote of thanks ceremony, the students enjoyed the management games

and DJ session along with lots of selfies at the selfie booth, had their dinner and parted with happy memories. The event was equally liked by one and all present on the occasion.
