Associate Professor

Qualification: BE (PRODUCTION), MBA (HR), Ph. D. (OBHRM)

Brief Profile: Total 30 years of rich work experience including teaching, training and placement

and research activities. I have passed out BE in Production Engineering from Walchand Institute

of Technology, Solapur in the year 1992 with distinction, which was then affiliated to Shivaji

University, Kolhapur. Successfully passed out MBA in Human Resource Management from

ICFAI, Dehradun University in the year 2008 with first class. Then successfully awarded Ph.D.

in OBHRM from Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon in the

year 2020.

Work Experience: Management subjects teaching experience of 6.5 years. I have taught various

subjects like International Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management,

Behavioral Dynamics, Training and Development, Personnel Assessment, Macroeconomics,

Leadership in Organizations, Business Environment and Ethics, Strategy and Leadership, Global

Business Strategy and International Business. Taught professional communication and ethics to

third year engineering students for 2 years.

Research & Publication: Total 12 research publications. (11 research papers and 1 case study).

Assistant Professor

She carries an overall academic experience of 5.5 years.  Additionally, her industry experience in sales/marketing for over four years gives her the added edge in providing insights to students in the marketing discipline. Her Doctorate is in Commerce and Management from Om Prakash Jogender Singh University Churu Rajasthan. She has a good knowledge of HRM (Human resources Management) and Marketing management as her MBA degree is in dual specialization from a reputed institute. Her key focus areas are, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, New Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, Sales Management, Perspective Management, Business Environment, Foundation Course –III (Environmental Management), Competency Based HRM and Performance Management etc.
